Sperm comes out of the penis, urine comes out of the penis, ***** doesn’t only come out when the guy is using it, small amounts come out with urine, if he’s got a healthy lot working in his factories, then the small amounts will come out in the urine, if they aren’t healthy, he won’t have many/any.
By collecting a 24 hour urine collection Doctors will look for the
1. Urinary Gonadotrophin Excretion ( Gonadotrophins are the hormones secreted by the pituitary to stimulate male or female hormone secretion)
2. Testing for chronic diseases of the kidney and urinary tract
that have so far not been diagnosed in the male.
There are such chronic diseases that adversely affect the production of sperms.
